Scripture For The Day:
“For since the creation of the world, God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.”—Romans 1:20

When I read this scripture, I’m reminded that no matter what we do, what we try to do, we are unable to shake God…I’m not saying we can’t reject him, but what this scripture implies is you can’t avoid him. You can skip church, procrastinate on prayer and better-deal the Bible by reading another “Smart Guy Book”, watching another NFL playoff game or catching a rerun of “The Whatever Show”…

But he’s going to make himself known in your life…and that is something you/me/all of us will be accountable for. Simply saying; “I didn’t know…” when we stand before him isn’t going to cut it. Read the verse again, we are without excuse…He is present, he is active, and the next move is always ours.
